DARREN WARREN

Darren Warren is a 26 year old singer/songwriter from Mayfield, KY.  Being a cancer survivor (Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma from ages 16 to 19) has given him a unique perspective on life.  Because of this, his songwriting and his high-energy performance style reflect a zeal and an appreciation for life found in only a handful of artists.

Darren's recently released album "Heart and Soul" includes several songs that are destined to climb the country charts.  The first track on the album, "Cowboy Up and Party Down," is a signature song for bullriders and rodeo lovers of all ages.  It is currently being used at rodeos across the nation.  "Kentucky Friday Night" is the most frequently requested song on the Outlaw Hours radio show and is a hit with the younger crowd.  The heartfelt song, "Go Get My Angel," was written by Darren about a little girl who was taking chemotherapy with him at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.

The Darren Warren Band is currently sponsored by Wrangler and Montana Silversmiths and has performed for them around the country in clubs and rodeo events.  Darren is backed by some of the best musicians in the industry.  The Darren Warren Band is a talented and entertaining force in their own right and they present a live show that compares to any of the top shows around.  Even though Darren fits primarily into the 'new country' category, the band appeals to a wide variety of music lovers for their flawless covers of new & old country, classic rock, alternative rock, and almost any genre necessary to please today's diverse audiences.  Darren encourages the band to show their talent and showmanship on stage resulting in a great show with unparalleled variety.

Darren has opened shows for country music stars such as John Michael Montgomery, Rodney Atkins, Travis Tritt, and Vince Gill.  The audience always seems to relate to Darren and his music.
